Production & Shipping 🚚
Each strap is made to order with a production time of approximately 3–5 business days. After production is completed, shipping usually takes 2–4 business days depending on the destination.
Packaging & Customer Support 📦
Your strap is carefully packaged before shipment to ensure safe delivery. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch, allowing you to follow your order easily. I personally monitor the delivery process and continue to provide support after delivery. A 30-day return and exchange policy is available.
