All product prices include shipping costs. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees during checkout.
Each strap is carefully handmade and prepared to order. After production is completed, your order will be shipped, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
A tracking number will be provided after your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow the delivery process.
Returns & Exchanges 🔄
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or a quality issue caused by the production process, I will cover the return shipping cost and assist you with the return process.
For returns due to personal preference, such as not liking the product, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong size, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original condition.
Once the returned product reaches me and is inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
